Answers on this screen are generated by an AI model (Mistral AI), not by a person. They may contain errors; the official information is in the sources on each step page.
The question text, the selected language and, if the question is asked from a step page, that step’s ID (e.g. anmeldung). Completed steps and any other data on the device are not sent. When a question is sent, the IP address technically reaches our server; it is only turned into a one-way, salted hash for the daily question limit and deleted the next day.
Our server (running on Cloudflare Workers) forwards the question together with the matching step content to Mistral AI (EU, France) and returns the answer.
Our server does not store or log the question text; it only keeps a total question count. Training on API calls is switched off in our Mistral AI account settings, so Mistral AI does not use the question to train models; it may keep it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
Do not include personal details such as your name, address or document numbers.
Consent is optional. Without it, the rest of the app works as before. Consent can be withdrawn on this screen at any time.
